The constant temperature and humidity bending tester, also known as the high-low temperature humidity material bending tester, material bending strength tester, material fatigue life tester, or flexible material testing equipment, is a specialized device used to evaluate the bending performance and reliability of flexible screens and related materials under various temperature conditions. It is widely employed for the folding endurance testing (bending conduction performance testing) of flexible materials such as FFC, FPC, TP, flexible circuit boards, flexible films, flexible screens, graphene, flexible plates, UTG materials, and other flexible materials. The high-low temperature bending endurance tester for flexible materials features a touchscreen interface for communication and display with PLC. It conducts repeated bending tests on specimens using a round rod, with adjustable cycles, speed, and angle. Parameters such as specimen orientation (longitudinal/transverse), tension magnitude, testing speed, and folding cycles can be set according to test requirements.
